Our Mission

Japan is experiencing a serious labor shortage, and it is estimated that by 2030 there will be a shortage of about 6.44 million workers, especially in the fields of logistics and vehicle maintenance. There is an urgent need for human resources who have the ability to work immediately.

As a bridge between individuals' desire to work and the needs of companies looking for human resources, we are committed to providing excellent and reliable Indonesian human resources for companies to thrive. Through training programs that comprehensively develop technical skills, work ethics, and Japanese language ability, we nurture human resources who can play an active role in Japan and build long-term careers. In this way, we hope to create a sustainable and valuable relationship between Japanese companies and Indonesian human resources.

For the past six years, we have been developing our car rental business in Indonesia with a Japanese-style maintenance shop and have worked with many drivers and auto mechanics.
In the course of our work, we have repeatedly heard the following comments: “I want to learn more skills.
"I want to learn more skills"
"I want to test my ability in Japan"
"I want to build my career in Japan"

On the other hand, we have already partnered with over 2,000 used car dealers and logistics companies in Japan, and we have received many requests for reliable Indonesian personnel.
We hope to serve as a bridge between such “desire” and “workplace”.
A place where those who want to learn can learn.
A place where those who want to work can work.
And to continue to be a reliable partner to the companies that accept us.
