Mechanic

The purpose of this program is to provide opportunities for foreign nationals to work in Japan as auto mechanics and other specified skilled trainees.

This program not only contributes to alleviating the shortage of human resources in the Japanese auto mechanic industry, but also offers an excellent opportunity for those who wish to develop as highly skilled mechanics by providing an environment that can build a long-term career while learning the knowledge and skills required in the Japanese workplace.

Requirements

Age:

18–30 years

Health:
- Physically fit
- Tidak memiliki tato
- Proportional height & weight (min. 155 cm)
Education:

Min. SMK/SMA or equivalent

Language:

JLPT N4 / JFT A2 (preferred)

Experience:

Ex-apprentice in automotive (preferred) with certification

Skills:

Interest in automotive field & aiming for National Mechanic Certification

Certification:

Car Mechanic Level 3 or 2 (preferred)

Job Desc

Diagnosis & Repair:

Memecahkan masalah dan memperbaiki masalah pada mesin, rem, sistem kelistrikan, dan AC.

Routine Maintenance:

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and regular inspections.

Team Collaboration:

Work with auto electricians and panel beaters on complex repairs.

Documentation:

Keep detailed records of all services and repairs.
